The products we offer carry a 30 day money-back guarantee when used as directed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted on the product information page.

We strive to ensure the utmost accuracy in our product presentations, but errors can occur. If there appears to be an error in the information presented or if additional information regarding packaging, ingredients or usage is needed, please email our customer service group at cs@primeshape.com or call 877.516.5433 for further assistance.

Follow these simple steps to complete a return refund request:

  • Call our Customer Service department at 877.516.5433, or email us at returns@primeshape.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.

  • Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the invoice you received with your order.

  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning to the far left of the mailing address.

  • Mail the remaining product back to us in its original packaging, with receipt, reason for returning the product and the return authorization number supplied by Customer Service. A refund, minus actual shipping costs, will be processed after receipt and verification of the return.

  • Returns that do not include the RMA number on the outside of the package or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense!

Important information about our return policy!

  • Returns of two or more of the same product must be unopened and are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please be advised, you are welcome to buy as many items as you wish in order to take advantage of quantity discounts, but we will only refund the purchase price minus all shipping costs and merchant fee on one (1) opened item.

  • Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

  • RMA's which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT be honored.

  • Prices include the shipping charges. The actual shipping charges will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds are given.
