INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE TERMS:

PRICING:
Pricing is determined by the quantity purchased. If you are interested in Products for international export, please send an email to international@primeshape.com requesting prices for the products in the amounts you wish to purchase.

PRIVATE LABELING:
Available on most products. An additional fee is required for the artwork and printing services.

DELIVERY:
Normal delivery to purchaser's transfer agent is 21-28 days from date of down payment (private labeling takes apprx. 10 days more on initial order).
Final delivery will be affected by the time required to clear your Country's Customs Service, though to-date we have not encountered many problems.   Customs forms for all international shipments will include the value of your order's contents by product.

FREIGHT:
All Freight Charges from our manufacturing facility to purchaser's transfer agent are incurred by purchaser and will be added to the final payment. All international orders MUST be accepted by purchaser's transfer agent in the US.

PAYMENT:
50% is due upon placement of order, remainder plus shipping is due upon delivery to purchaser's transfer agent. Payments are accepted by bank wire or International Cashiers Check (Bank Issued) in US funds ONLY. Orders by bank wire are initiated upon confirmation of receipt - orders by cashiers check are held until receipt of funds is confirmed by the issuing bank.

All tariffs, taxes, additional shipping charges, custom fees or any other additional charges incurred during transfer are the responsibility of the purchaser.
