 Shipping
Policies:
All orders are shipped
promptly. Same day shipping
is standard for domestic (U.S.) retail orders received
by 12:00 pm cst (-6:00 GMT). Orders requiring additional
information or approval are shipped after the required
information is obtained.
All orders totalling $150.00+
and shipped to a US Address are shipped FREE!
via the methods specified below unless other
shipping methods are requested by the customer. Customer
requested shipping methods other than USPS Priority
mail or UPS Ground are charged to the customer.
US Domestic Orders under
$150.00 are shipped via USPS regular mail or UPS Ground
at a minimum rate of $6.75 unless other shipping methods
are chosen.

are shipped FREE via UPS or USPS Priority Mail
- Alaska
and Hawaii
of $150.00+
are shipped FREE via USPS Priority mail

Orders to Canada
are shipped via USPS AirMail
All orders to Canada are charged a shipping fee of $22.50
for packages up to 5lbs. If the order is over 5lbs,
notification of additional shipping charges will be
sent for approval before the order is processed or shipped.
NOTE: We do accept requests
for other methods of shipment but we prefer not
shipping via US Airmail into Canada due to lengthy
delays incurred at customs.
International Orders
There is a minimum $40.00 shipping charge for all international
orders under $150.00 value with the exception of Canada.
Orders under $150.00 value are shipped via US Airmail
to most countries. Orders over $150.00 are shipped via
FedEX or USPS at a minimum cost of US$40.00. If any
additional shipping fees are due, you will be notified
via email before the package is processed or shipped.
NOTICE
To International Customers:
Your country may apply a customs surcharge / Tax
on imported products. All tariffs, taxes, additional
shipping charges, custom fees or any other additional
charges incurred during transfer are the responsibility
of the customer. We are not responisble for your
country's customs dept or their actions therefore
we will not issue refunds for orders refused at
customs until the package is returned to our warehouse.
Shipping charges are
not refundable.
It is
your responsibility to know your country's laws
and customs policies.
Return Policy
We are not satisfied if our customers are not pleased
with the products they purchase. Consequently, unless
otherwise specified on the product page, all products
purchased at our site are returnable within thirty days.
The unused portions of the products must be returned
in their original container along with the receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
