Androstenedione:
A "pre-hormone," meaning that it is an inactive
precursor of another hormone – in this case, a
precursor of both female (estrogen) hormones and male
(testosterone) hormones. Supplement makers indicate
that a 100 mg dose of androstenedione increases testosterone
levels by 300% over a duration of 2 - 4 hours.
Yohimbo
Extract: Most often promoted in dietary supplements
for treating impotence, stimulating male sexual performance
and enhancing athletic performance. A purified extract
from yohimbe bark yields an alkaloid called Yohimbine,
which is regulated as a prescription medication and
used for treating erectile dysfunction in males.
Avena
Sativa: Regarded as beneficial for increased stimulation
and the relief of anxiety and depression.
Saw
Palmetto: Aids in the treatment of Benign Prostatic
Hyperplasia (BPH), increases libido, sperm production
in men and breast size in women. Useful as a urinary

Panax
Ginseng: This potent form of ginseng is believed to
