 Minimums
On U.S. Wholesale Orders:
Minimums will vary depending on the products ordered. Please
contact us requesting pricing and minimums on the products you wish
to purchase.
Private labeling:
is available on most products. An additional fee is required for the
artwork and printing services. Please contact us regarding customized
orders.
International Order Minimums:
For International wholesale clients (outside the U.S. & Canada)
the purchase minimums will vary depending on products ordered. Please
contact us requesting pricing and minimums on the products you wish
to purchase.(see also international

Volume Discounts:
Discounts for large volume orders are available for
"guaranteed" purchases of 500 units or more.
All discounts are quoted at time of ordering due to
the ever changing price of raw goods. Contact us for details.
Ordering Times:
You can place your wholesale orders with us our Wholesale Dpt which
operates from 10 am. to 6 pm. (Central Standard/Daylight Time), Monday
to Friday. Retail delivery is normally 2-3 days and wholesale
shipments normally take 7 to 14 days from date of order. Delivery times
can vary depending on your method of payment (see below).
Expedited service is available at an additional cost. Orders over
1000 units may take 21 to 28 days for delivery. Private labeling will
add an additional 10 to 30 days to the delivery time depending on the
complexity of the artwork.
Terms Available:
Payment options for PrimeShape.com, Inc.
are:
- Checks: Orders
can be paid for by company check. However,
no orders will be shipped until the company check
has cleared the bank, or the check has been successfully
approved through our select payment processing
service guaranteeing payment.
- Money Orders or Bank Issued Checks: Orders
can be paid for by money order or bank issued cashiers check. This
method allows for next day processing and shipment.
- Credit Cards: We gladly
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Your card will be charged at the time your order is received.
All credit card orders must be accompanied with: Name as it
appears on card, your billing address, the issuing bank, card number
and the cards expiration date.
- Pre-Paid: Your
order can be pre-paid by company check, cashiers
check, international money order or wire transfer

NOTES:
All payments must be issued in US$ Funds.
All orders paid for by money order, cashiers check , company check
or bank wire receive an automatic 3% same as cash discount!
Wholesale Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped by UPS, Federal Express, DHL International
or U.S. & Canada Postal Services. If you wish to designate
and alternative carrier, please inform us at the time you place your
order. If you have an account number with your carrier of choice
please let us know so shipping charges can be accurately placed on your
carrier account. As stated previously, shipping normally takes
between 7 and 14 days from date your order is received.
All shipping charges are to be paid by
the wholesale client.
** Expedited delivery of shipments (2
to 3 days) is available if required. Please inform us at the time
you place your order.
** Large volume orders will be shipped
according to our standard shipping policy. If expedited service
is required, then additional shipping charges will be applicable.
